We worked with an innovative healthcare company to build a scalable contact centre application that is at the heart of their delivery model.
Healthcare sector relies on a diverse portfolio of IT applications to improve the quality of care and cut costs. For these solutions, companies are increasingly turning to open-source platforms not only because they are cost-effective, but also because of the flexibility they offer.
We worked with this pioneering healthcare client to build a service delivery application that integrates a contact centre solution with a healthcare services platform (ERP). For the contact centre, we identified GoAutoDial – a web-based, open-source platform, which is reliable and user-friendly.
Given how critical the application is for the client, we conducted workshops with all key stakeholders to get the full view of requirements and dependencies. The client wanted a holistic process-focused integration of core delivery process across multiple applications. We worked closely with the client to complete the integration exercise.
Based on proven integration best practices, the team was able to build a solution that was highly interoperable and secure.
