Direct Media Partners needed an integrated CRM to improve lead conversions through better management of outbound and inbound campaigns. The CRM and the contact centre platform had to be customised and integrated. Updates needed to be made in real-time and the system was expected to be responsive even while handling millions of lead records.
Since the client wanted a high-performance solution, we implemented and customised SuiteCRM and GoAutoDial – both reliable open-source platforms. We conducted working sessions with the client to discuss the requirements extensively. This formed the basis for the solution approach and feature set.
Once the requirements are finalised, we customised SuiteCRM and GoAutoDial by building new modules. This was followed by integration across multiple touch points to ensure that data flows seamlessly. We enabled automatic screen pops, status synchronisation, call recordings, opportunity creation, and lead conversion etc.
Finally, we built a reporting module with standard and customised reports. We also set up automatic reports that were e-mailed daily to select users. Wherever applicable, we built automated workflows to improve efficiency. The solution is being used currently to run campaigns for several leading companies in the US.
