Founded Lexys in 2015. Shashi focuses on identifying new areas of growth, deepening client relationships, and building the Lexys team. He leads the sales function and works with other members of the Lexys team to collectively evolve the company's vision, and execute short- and long-term plans.
As the Chief Operating Officer of Lexys, Siraj is responsible for overseeing operational processes, enhancing customer experience and controlling financial policies and procedures. He comes with an experience of over 14 years in companies like Novartis, Tata Group and Deloitte. Siraj has a bachelor degree in Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore and a MBA from IBS Hyderabad.
Chandrakanth is a senior board level executive who currently serves on the board of Laurus Labs Ltd (NSE:LAURUSLABS) and is an external advisor to a prestigious global consulting firm. Chandrakanth worked at McKinsey serving clients across sectors, with a focus on Generic Pharma. Before consulting, Chandrakanth was a software engineer and worked at Google Inc. in their Mountain View, CA headquarters. Chandra has a post-graduate diploma in Business Management from the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad; a Masters of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign; and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Engineering from the University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
Bhargav is a Customer Experience (CX) Architect who specializes in helping companies deliver superior digital experiences. He has hands-on expertise in leading large engagements to build content delivery platforms based on Adobe Experience Platform, Sitecore and Drupal. Bhargav holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University in Hyderabad. He is responsible for overseeing the Adobe technology stack for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. With over 14 years of experience in IT, Bhargav serves as an advisory board member for Lexys, where he advises the company on driving customer-centric approaches to customer experience for clients. He is also actively engaged in working on emerging technologies that could have an impact on the future needs of clients.
